Ahead of Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS) 2024, The Road Show Held in Lucknow

Lucknow : For the forthcoming mega jewellery show – Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS), a promotional roadshow, ‘JJS Synergy’ was recently organised in Lucknow at Hotel Taj Mahal. Jewellers from the city attended the roadshow.
During the event, Secretary of JJS, Rajiv Jain gave a presentation on the upcoming Edition of ‘The Jaipur Jewellery Show’ which in its 22nd year will be held from 20 to 23 December, 2024 at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre (JECC).

As anticipation builds for the grand Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS) 2024, a key promotional event, ‘JJS Synergy,’ took place in Lucknow at the Hotel Taj Mahal.

 

Prominent jewellery association of the state Lucknow Sarafa Association (LSA) President Ravindra Nath Rastogi and its Secretary Pradeep Agarwal were present in this JJS Synergy Meet.

In the presentation, Rajiv Jain extensively talked about why the city of Jaipur is the choice for this event. He said that Jaipur has a rich tradition, as old as the city’s history itself, of the exquisite art of jewellery and gemstones.
“It is of little wonder that in a span of these 22 years, JJS has become an important annual fixture of the city of Jaipur,” he said.
Giving further information about the show to the guests, he said that this year’s theme is “Ruby-Rare, Royal and Revered” year and there will be 15 members of the Ruby Promotion Support Group with Gemfields as the Prime Promotion Partner.

History of Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS)

Talking about the history of JJS, he said that the show has come a long way from when it was launched in 2004 with 67 booths, to now having as many as 1200 booths, with 200+ applicants still in waiting. Each year as many as 35,000 to 40,000 visitors as well as international traders visit and participate, he said.
Jain also informed that looking to the success of the newly introduced B2B Traders Pavilion, there will be a “Pink Club” this year too, which will have 100 booths, exclusively for the B2B interaction.

Kamal Kothari, Treasurer JJS offered vote of thanks to all the dignitaries present at this meet.

It may be noted that GJEPC, ICA, GJC, GIA, DTC, NJGCI, CIBJO, WFSB, RIO-TINTO, GEMFIELDS, IBJA, IGI and DGL have been partners to JJS, which is one of the very few MSME registered gem and jewellery exhibition in the country.
