In a harrowing and chilling display of violence captured on surveillance footage, a scrap trader from Gurugram met a tragic end in Rohtak, Haryana, as he was ruthlessly gunned down in front of his horrified family. Sachin, the victim, was ambushed by three assailants who mercilessly opened fire on him, leaving him fatally wounded. His mother, bravely attempting to shield her son from the hail of bullets, also suffered a gunshot wound to her leg in the process.
The responsibility for this heinous act has been claimed by Rohit Godara, a known member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In a video that has since gone viral, Godara asserted that Sachin, whom he referred to as a bookie, was aligned with their adversaries, the Kaushal Chaudhary-Amit Dagar gang. According to officials, the perpetrators, who had escaped from a reform facility in Jaipur, were paid to carry out the assassination. They were subsequently apprehended near the Nepal border while attempting to flee the scene of the crime.
The sequence of events, captured on CCTV, portrays the unsuspecting victim, Sachin, exiting a restaurant with his family. As they approach their SUV, a white car pulls up alongside them, and without warning, two of the occupants unleash a barrage of gunfire at Sachin. In a frantic attempt to protect her loved ones, Sachin’s wife rushes their children to safety, while his mother courageously rushes towards him, only to be met with the same senseless violence.
Despite the valiant efforts of Sachin’s mother, who desperately tried to save her son, the attackers callously continue their assault before looting something from the vehicle and making their escape. Tragically, Sachin succumbed to his injuries on the spot, leaving behind a grieving family and a community in shock.
Contrary to the allegations made by Godara, Sachin’s family and acquaintances vehemently deny any involvement in criminal activities, asserting that he was solely a scrap and property dealer. His younger brother, Amit, emphasized Sachin’s innocence and pleaded for justice in the wake of this senseless tragedy.
Moreover, friends of the deceased revealed that Sachin had recently received threats, suggesting a possible motive behind the brutal attack. Deepak, a childhood friend, attested to Sachin’s integrity and affirmed that he had no ties to any criminal organizations. Additionally, he recounted a previous incident where Sachin’s business partner was also killed after refusing extortion demands, further highlighting the dangers faced by individuals in such lines of work.murder
