When I turned around, I saw the building coming down. It was terrifying,\u201d said Ramesh Kumar, a local shopkeeper. Another resident, Sunita Devi, added, \u201cWe rushed to the site to help, but the debris was too much. It was heartbreaking to see people trapped.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Safety Concerns<\/h4>\n<p>The incident has raised serious questions about the safety standards and regulations being followed in construction projects in the city.
