- Smart School and Panchayat Building: The primary school in Sonbarsa will be transformed into a smart school, and a smart panchayat building will be established in the same village.
- Railway Overbridge: A new railway overbridge on the Balapar-Tikaria road will enhance connectivity and reduce travel time for residents.
- Four-Lane Road Development: The Balapar-Tikaria-Gangi Bazar road will be upgraded to a four-lane road, significantly improving transportation infrastructure.
- New Police Station: The construction of a new police station in Sonbarsa will strengthen the security framework in the area.
- Administrative and Residential Buildings: New administrative and residential buildings for the Sonbarsa police station will be constructed to support the enhanced security measures.
